Ramada New Yorker Hotel New York Review
Ramada New Yorker
481 8th Avenue
New York City
The New Yorker is an older hotel located steps away from Macy's, Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. If you are looking for a clean room in a good location, as opposed to a hotel with all the luxuries and expensive furnishings, the New Yorker will serve you quite nicely. This is a historic building with a grand entrance hall. The hotel is well-named - guests can feel the atmosphere and the pulse of the city here.
There are three restaurants in the hotel and, as you would expect in Manhattan, there are dozens of great places to eat within a matter of a few blocks. Times Square is nearby, as is some great New York shopping. The hotel has an excellent business center, and executive rooms feature Wi-Fi internet access. The fitness center is well-equipped for a vigorous workout and the concierge can help you take advantage of all that New York has to offer.
All things considered, if you are looking for value in a Manhattan hotel, the Ramada New Yorker is an excellent choice.
